The Independent Monitoring Team is responsible for assessing the City of Portland’s compliance with a court-ordered Settlement Agreement on policing. We are pleased to share a draft of our second compliance report for public review, and we are seeking community input prior to finalizing the report. We deeply value all feedback, and we are committed to ensuring that community voices inform our work.
